Gaming Chairs are basically chairs/seats that have been designed and developed to enhance your gaming experience. For ease of reading we have divided this article into sections for Descriptions, Brands, and Other Uses.
Description
Although gaming chairs come in a variety of shapes, sizes, colours and specs, they all basically have the same core elements and then differ as you move up and down the price rage.
They are made to be extremely comfortable, with extra soft padding, breathable mesh lining and a movable head rest. Some of the top end chairs, like the X Rocker Deluxe, actually look like a lazy boy, with leather look vinyl.
Some of the coolest ones are actually the PM Series Pyramat Gaming Chairs, which are like a rocker that sits on the floor. They support your back and provide a great gaming position for hours of game play.
In terms of technology these chairs are really loaded. We’re talking about multiple surround sound speakers, huge subwoofers, wireless connection to gaming consoles, rechargeable batteries, ipod/mp3 audio imput, multiplayer audio outputs, ipod docking stations, and headphone jacks.
Of course you will not find all of these features on all of the gaming chairs. The ones that you will not get at the lower end of the price bracket will include: wireless, rechargeable. Headphone jacks and docking stations.
However this should not put you off, and if you are a beginner gaming by all means start off with these.
The top end gaming chairs, like the Pyramat PM450WR are made for advanced gamers, and are as such quite pricy, so don’t feel the need to get these if you are just starting out.
